Muir District Cub Scout Twilight Camp 2025

June 11, 12 & 13

Activities include:

• Range and Target Sports: Slingshot, Archery and BB Gun
• Crafts
• Games
• Scout Skills 
• STEM Activities 

Who can attend?

• New Cub Scouts - Register at www.BeAScout.org
• Registered Cub Scouts entering 1st grade-5th grade in August 2025
• Tigers (entering 1st grade) - Must be accompanied by a Cub Scouts parent/guardian
• Recently bridged AOLS (entering 6th grade) and older Scouts are encouraged to help as Junior Helpers

Tag-A-Longs (TAGS)

• For adult volunteers, we may offer a TAG daycare program for siblings 2 years to 1st grade.  If you are volunteering and need daycare, please email pack444concord@gmail.com

Camp details:

• DATE: June 11, 12 & 13
• Time
  • Program: 4:00PM-8:00PM
  • Checkin: 3:45PM-4:00PM
  • Pick-Up:  8:00PM

Location: Concord Police Academy Range,  5060 Avila Road Concord, CA 94520

Food:  

• All participants should bring a bag dinner
• Snack will be provided
• Food restrictions and alergies must be noted on the registration forms.

Cost: $75  Includes all activitites, materials, a camp t-shirt, and an official day camp scout patch.  You may pay a deposit of $25 and pay the balance by June 1st.  Note: Registration closes on June 5th (if registering beyond June 1st, payments due in full upon registration).

Volunteers will receive appreciation and discounts on registration!

Who are Junior Helpers? 

Registered BSA youth members (Troops, Crews, Ships) can suport camp by serving as:

• Den Chiefs (for the week)
• Activity Leader
• Range Master Assistants
• TAG Leader Assistant
• Program Director Assistant

Your leadership and enthusiasm will make camp an unforgettable experience!

How to Register:

Complete the following forms and email to pack444concord@gmail.com:

Youth: 

• Medical form A & B with a copy of your medical card, including photo release
• Target Sports Permission Form
• Instructions for severe alergies or behavioral needs

Adults (Volunteers & Tiger Parents) Must Submit:

• Medical form A & B with a copy of your medical card and include photo release
• Copy of driver's license
• Youth Protection Training Certificate
